Trent Alexander-Arnold has been named in Gareth Southgate's England squad for this month's World Cup Qualifiers. The Three Lions will face Albania and San Marino on November 12 and 15, respectfully.
After the squad announcement, Peter Crouch gave his verdict on Alexander-Arnold.
The Liverpool defender has been having an impressive season. He provided the two assists in the Reds' 2-0 victory over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Wednesday, November 3.
Overall this season, he has made 11 appearances in which he has provided 6 assists.
“He is my first choice right-back. I just think his quality going forward, his control and delivery is incredible. I love Reece James. We have plenty of good right backs but for me, Trent is the best," Crouch told BT.
