Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has a break clause in his deal, which could see him leave the club at the end of the season. Guardiola signed a deal with City last year, which will keep him until 2021. However, the contract included an agreement that he could leave at the conclusion of this campaign should certain stipulations that satisfy the club be met.
