Pep Guardiola:"My team is extraordinary. Exceptional"

Ahead of Champions League quarter-final game Manchester city's  head coach Josep Guardiola  talked about upcoming match against Liverpool. "Of course to go through you have to make almost the perfect game - create chances, be clinical and concede few chances. All the conditions have to be perfect to go through. But you have 90 minutes and in football everything can happen. We are going to try and we will see. Every time we play against Liverpool we know each other. We have to play better to beat them, you cannot forget it’s a simple game. We have to focus on what we do. If we concede a goal, don’t give up. And if we are not clinical, okay, next one, next one, next one," said Guardiola. "My team is extraordinary. Exceptional. It is a joy to be manager of the team. I am so delighted.  We need titles in Europe, which is complicated. Maybe not tomorrow but what this club has done in the last ten years, the facilities, the desire to make it happen, it will happen. If not this season, maybe next, but sooner or later it will happen," told Pep. On Nicolas Ottamandi. "Otamendi isn’t just huge quality, he has huge mentality. The third goal (against United) he has to defend his back. But we are here in quarter-final and 13 points clear and Nico Otmandi is one of the reasons why," claimed Pep. On John Stones. "John Stones knows the confidence i have in him, this season he grew up. He has to fight with these guys to convince me," commented  manager.
