Pep Guardiola provides injury update on Ilkay Gundogan and Nathan Ake ahead of Arsenal clash

Ilkay Gundogan was part of full Manchester City first-team training today but will need to be checked before Arsenal clash, according to Pep Guardiola. Citizens are set to face Mikel Arteta's side at the weekend, while ahead of the match, Guardiola has given an injury update on Gundogan and Nathan Ake. “Nathan is back in training on the pitch alone and is closer to coming back,” the City boss said on a news conference. Then he added: “And Gundo had part of training session - we’ll see tomorrow how the rest of them are.”
