Pep Guardiola names the most talented player he's ever seen: It's not Messi

Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola says Phil Foden is the "most talented player" he's ever seen during his managerial career. "He has everything to become one of the best players." Guardiola said on Friday (via The Sun) "I have said many times in press conferences, but maybe not said it in front of him, Phil is the most, most, most talented player I have ever seen in my career as a manager." Spaniard added. Guardiola has worked with bunch of talented players while coaching Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City. Lionel Messi became one of the bests in the history under 48-year-old manager. And it seems interesting that he names Foden as the most talented. Guardiola adds that 19-year-old midfielder, who appeared 13 times for Cityzens last season, is open-minded and wants to fight for his place in starting lineup. The main problem with Phil is that there is a massive competition in the squad right now. "He knows completely that I am here to help him as much as possible to become what he is and I am pretty sure both of us will get there." Guardiola concluded. Source - The Sun
