Pep Guardiola has talked about Manchester City's striker pursuit after
thrashing 5-0 win over Arsenal on Saturday.
Ilkay Gundogan, Ferran Torres, Rodri and Gabriel Jesus all marked their names on the scoresheet.
And after the game City boss Guardiola said that he is not expecting any new arrivals in the next three days, despite the failure to land Harry Kane or Cristiano Ronaldo.
He told BT Sport: "We are the same like we have done the last two, three years. Maybe people forget what we have done.
"Always the club has to have the intention to get better to improve. The players and manager change but the club has to remain and has desire to get better. We cannot forget.
"The team was magnificent last season we are the same through Jack and with these players we go."
Asked on whether he expects any new additions before the transfer deadline, Guardiola gave a simple answer.
"I don't think so," he replied.
