Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been left ‘astonished’ by Ferran Torres’ start to life at the club, according to MARCA. The Spanish winger has left everyone amazed by his start to life at the club.
Torres arrived at the Etihad in a £20m move from Valencia this summer. He has made a flying start to his Manchester City career with four goals and two assists in nine games so far.
He’s now the ‘great sensation’ in Pep Guardiola’s squad, with nobody having expected him to make such a ‘powerful’ impression at the club.
Guardiola is said to be ‘astonished’ with the player but also the person, having been left impressed by the way the forward has ‘fallen standing up’ in the City dressing room.
