Manchester City is targeting Roma winger Cengiz Under who has been linked with Arsenal. Express claims that Citizens are ready to pay £50million for the player. The winger is under contract for four years at Roma and there is no sign of a pay rise which leads to an open door for Guardiola. Cengiz has started 18 times this season, including 5 times in Champions League. The winger has scored overall 4 goals and assisted 5 times.
