Pep Guardiola backs Jurgen Klopp after backlash for playing weakened team in FA Cup

Pep Guardiola has backed Jurgen Klopp's decision to play a weakened team in Liverpool's FA Cup replay against Shrewsbury. Klopp was at the center of criticism for insisting he will not take charge of his team for next week's replay as it clashes with their mid-season break. Guardiola has defended Klopp's opinion, saying: "We accept the schedules of the competitions, the games every two or three days, but don’t tell the manager the selection he has to choose. We will be there, but don’t tell us which players we have to play in games."
