Manchester United star Paul Pogba has spoken out on his idols.
And there was a surprise name for many fans on that list. Alongside with Zinedine Zidane and Ronaldinho he has also named Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard.
He told NBC (via ECHO): “When I was younger I was more attacking so I used to watch Ronaldinho, (Zinedine) Zidane, (Cristiano) Ronaldo, all those attacking players. Now I look at Kevin De Bruyne, (Luka) Modric, Toni Kroos.
“I try to be myself, always be myself, you know, and try to do things that… Steven Gerrard, (Mesut) Ozil, Frank Lampard, those players, what they did in their careers.” added Pogba.
World Cup champion has provided some massive results since Jose Mourinho dismissal and Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer arrival.
Pogba has contributed 6 goals and 5 assists under Solskjaer.
