Paul Merson has given his prediction for the upcoming clash between Burnley and Chelsea.
The Clarets are currently sitting in 18th place in the Premier League table after recording one win, one draw, and five defeats. The Blues, meanwhile, are 11th on the list following their two wins, two draws and three losses in the domestic top tier.
The two sides will be looking to have a successful result when they face off against each other on Saturday, October 7, 2023. Ahead of the game, Merson has shared his thoughts, backing Mauricio Pochettino's side to celebrate a 3 - 1 victory over the opponents.
"Burnley pulled off a phenomenal result against Luton. They did well against United at home but got blown away in their other games. They will have a go at home, but Chelsea should be able to win this game," the pundit said on Sportskeeda.
