Cristiano Ronaldo broke an international record hold by Ali Daei as he became the all-time leading international goalscorer with 111 goals in Portugal's 2-1 victory over Ireland on Wednesday.
Portugal were losing against Ireland until the 89th minute when Ronaldo scored the equalizer and minutes later he scored a late winner and broke the record.
Following the game, the Manchester United star took to
Instagram and wrote: "Another historic night! Unforgettable 🙏🏽 111⚽️🤭."
Ronaldo received many comments one of which was from Patrice Evra.
