Pablo Zabaleta speaks out on Pep Guardiola future amid Juventus interest

Former Manchester City defender Pablo Zabaleta says Pep Guardiola is not a kind of manager that loves to work in the same place for more than 3-4 years. Catalan specialist has been recently linked with Juventus, as Massimiliano Allegri, Bianconeri manager, will leave the club this summer. Zabaleta, who has worked with Guardiola during 2016/17 campaign, told beIN Sports (via Tuttosport): "He is not a manager who likes to stay in the same club for more than 3-4 years, he is a very passionate person and always looks for new challenges. I don't know if he will remain in Manchester City for many years, it will certainly be difficult to replace a coach like him. The team plays very well. I hope he can stay in the City, but he has to decide." Mauricio Pochettino is another candidate to replace Allegri at Juventus. Guardiola has won a domestic treble this season, but Champions League still remains a dream for him since he left Barcelona in 2012. This year, Manchester City were favourites to win European title, but lost to Tottenham in dramatic circumstances, when VAR referee disallowed Raheem Sterling's vital goal in the last minutes of the second leg at Etihad Stadium.
