Ole Gunnar Solskjaer targets signing Premier League flop for Manchester United

Manchester United want to sign Trabzonspor striker Alexander Sorloth, according to reports. Sorloth is a Crystal Palace player, but he is currently on loan at Trabzonspor. He has made just 28 appearances for Palace since joining in 2018 and has scored once. But Sorloth at Trabzonspor he has been in fine form, scoring 19 times in 26 Super Lig appearances. Turkish outlet Fanatak claim United are one of several suitors for Sorloth. Palace paid a reported £9million for Sorloth and the Norwegian is a compatriot of United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. United will face competition from Italian sides Milan and Napoli and German giants Bayern Munich, as well as Trabzonspor. The Turkish side can make Sorloth’s move permanent for just £5.35m at the end of the current campaign. Source: Metro
