Ole Gunnar Solskjaer suggests he has found Manchester United's new useful man

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has long been vocal in his praise of Axel Tuanzebe, despite having to be patient during his year-long injury hell. The young defender was finally able to repay that faith from the Norwegian with a stunning display against Paris Saint-Germain in United’s Champions League opener. Speaking ahead of their weekend clash with Chelsea, Solskjaer has suggested Tuanzebe could become a utility man in his squad. “It was a great performance by a kid who has not played for 10 months,” Solskjaer said. "Delighted for him because he’s such a professional character, he wants everything, he works really hard, been really, really thorough in his rehab and very pleased for him. “Now to get the consistency in his performances he’s got to stay injury free, we’ve got to manage that, that’s mine and his job and the physical staff’s job. “But I think he can kick on. He’s a leader, he can play centre-back, right-back, he can play centre midfield, he can play many positions. “He’s a boy who takes responsibility for his own development. I’m sure he’s doing everything he can to have a long career at United so hopefully we can get this consistency.” Source- Mirror Join us on Telegram!
