Ole Gunnar Solskjaer provides Marcus Rashford and Victor Lindelof injury updates

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has spoken out on Marcus Rashford and Victor Lindelof injury concerns following their 2-2 draw with Leicester City on Boxing Day. Rashford and Fernandes got their names on the scoresheet as Solskjaer's side earned one point against the Foxes. Lindelof went off injured in the second half with a back problem, while Rashford went down with a shoulder complaint late in the game. Lindelof was replaced by Axel Tuanzebe, while Rashford went on to complete the game. "Yeah, he felt his shoulder a bit. The lad tugged his arm, which he felt," Solskjaer said in the post-match press conference. "Hopefully he won’t be too bad, he made a full sprint after, so hopefully he can recover quickly." "It is his ( Lindelof) back again I think," Solskjaer told the club’s official website. "So we will just have to assess that one before Wolverhampton. "Then again, Eric [Bailly] is fit now, Axel is fit, so of course we might have to look at that before Wolverhampton. "We don’t have time to worry about it. This time around, we have around 30 hours to prepare for this game and hopefully the players will use them wisely." "I don’t know how badly Victor is hurt now," the United boss said. "Axel played really well at Everton, I have to say. It was his first game for a long while after a hamstring injury so I couldn’t risk him in a 12:30 kick-off in a full game. "Eric [Bailly] played really well. He’s been fitter for longer than Axel and, with [Jamie] Vardy’s pace as well, you’re always happy to have Eric in the team. "Hopefully, Victor won’t be too bad and hopefully Aaron can recover very soon but, at the moment, Axel is now ready for Tuesday, if needed." The Red Devils' upcoming game will be against Wolves on Tuesday, December 29. source - Metro / Join us on Telegram
