Ole Gunnar Solskjaer makes exciting prediction over Amad Diallo after rise through Manchester United ranks

Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has predicted Amad Diallo will soon have a big impact after the youngster's rapid rise through the ranks. The 18-year-old was included in a senior squad for the first time when United secured a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals with Tuesday's win over West Ham United. Amad didn't make it onto the pitch against the Hammers, however, Solskjaer said before the game he was ready to call on the teenager if things weren't going United's way. "He’s been bright since he came - he did really well in the reserve games," said Red Devils' boss. "He’s a player who can create something out of nothing so he’s on the bench to make an impact if we need to." When asked whether the young winger could make his debut in the coming weeks, the manager said: “It might be quicker than that. "He’s definitely settled down, well, players have taken to him, he’s a good character, polite, smiley boy who works really hard.  “He’s doing his sessions, getting used to us, there’s always a period of adjustment needed but he’s settling in well. “He can handle the ball, he’s enjoyed training, makes a difference in training, which is quite remarkable at his age. “Some adjustment to settle into the hustle and bustle of the Premier League but I can’t see it’s too long until he’s in the squad." United's upcoming game is against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday in the frames of the Premier League. Source- Mirror Join us on Telegram!
