Ole Gunnar Solskjaer refused to rule out Alexis Sanchez leaving Manchester United this summer amid reports he could be set for a free loan move.
Sanchez is set to complete a medical at Inter Milan.
According to Sky Sports, Inter will pay around half of Sanchez’s eye-watering £500,000-a-week wages, with United footing the bill for the rest of it. Should the loan move go to plan Inter have the opportunity to sign Sanchez for just £14million at the end of the season.
Speaking after the club's draw with Wolves on Monday, Solskjaer said: "
Well, there's still a couple of weeks left of the transfer window and there is a chance [of Sanchez leaving]... some clubs have shown interest in Alexis, so we'll see what happens.”
When pressed on the subject again, Solskjaer added: "Let’s see what will happen for Alexis Sanchez on next few days. At the moment, he’s our player.”
