Novak Djokovic's first comments after beating Ugo Humbert and reaching quarterfinals: Wimbledon 2019
World’s #1 Novak Djokovic beat Ugo Humbert in Wimbledon Round of 16 6-3, 6-2, 6-3 to reach quarterfinals, where he will face David Gauffin.
Djokovic said it is always his aim to reach the final stages of Grand Slams. Serbian considers Wimbledon a special tournament not only for him, but for all tennis players.
"I try to really focus on what needs to be done. I had never played Ugo but saw him play and he's won against a couple of great players. I was able to study his game, but he probably wasn't at his best. I'm pleased to execute the job in three sets." Novak said after the match (via BBC).
