"Not a leader": Alan Brazil and Simon Jordan slam Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

Alan Brazil and Simon Jordan believe it's time for Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to be sacked, though reports suggest his job is safe. The Norwegian manager was firstly criticized for bringing young players transfer policy to Old Trafford. However, according to The Sun, the club stay committed to him and are willing to back him during the next two transfer windows. Solskjaer has been under a huge pressure throughout the season, however, the things became even worse when the Red Devils were defeated 2 - 0 by the Premier League leaders Liverpool. On Tuesday morning fans have campaigned against the club boss, as well as executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and the owners the Glazer family. Former manager Louis van Gaal and former United player Gary Neville have also shared their thoughts, concerning the club's present state. While van Gaal revealed that the team is led by Woodward who has "zero understanding" of the game, Neville joined to #WoodwardOut campaign, considering the club’s recruitment overseen by the chief is "unforgivable". Speaking on the case, former Crystal Palace owner Jordan has revealed he doesn't see leadership qualities in present Untied manager, saying: "Ole Gunnar Solskjaer doesn’t talk like a leader, he doesn’t talk like he’s an elite manager. And guess why that is… because he ain’t one! He’s not a natural leader. He may well have been part of a magnificent 1999 Champions League final team as a substitute. But the idea that he is the leader, the galvaniser, the bringer of all things closer to Klopp and Guardiola is, quite frankly, laughable!" Meanwhile, Brazil said it's would take some time to bring more experienced manager to Old Trafford amid the continued links with former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino. "I love Ole, I really do, but I just got a feeling United need a bigger name. I’m sorry, I don’t want to dismiss him because he clearly loves the club and the fans love him and they want him to do well, but I think a big name around the corner is going to happen," he said the Sports Breakfast.
