Niki Pilic: “Novak Djokovic can beat Roger Federer’s Majors record”

Photo/Arne Dedert/DPA  Roger Federer has won a record 20 Grand Slam Titles including an all-time record of 11 hard court Grand Slams. Novak Djokovic, meanwhile, has won 15 Grand Slams including 10 on hard courts. Djokovic and Federer are the only players to have won at least 10 majors on hard courts. In an interview to Informer, former Serbian’s Davis Cup team captain Niki Pilic said, that Djokovic can beat Federer’s major's record. "Conditions were not good. The match was a rollercoaster, there were a lot of ups and down and in the end Nole was not good enough in adapting to the wind and I am sorry he has lost," said Pilic. "Novak is right when he says that the organizers only thinking about money and how to earn. Roland Garros earned $150 million a year over the last 15 years and what do they spend that money for? They didn't build a roof and for years matches were delayed because of the bad weather condition. In Paris, there should be at least two roofs." Source-TennisWorldUSA
