The 2024-25 English Premier League campaign will be the league's 33rd season and the 126th campaign of top-tier football in the country.
The Premier League winner of the 2023/24 season have become Manchester City, breaking a record as the first English team to win their fourth successive league title. Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa followed them on the list to make the top four.
Meanwhile, Luton Town, Burnley and Sheffield United were relegated to the Champions, stepping up a place for the promoted teams Leicester City, Ipswich Town and Southampton.

Premier League 2024/25 fixtures
The list of the Premier League 2024/25 fixtures is yet to be confirmed. However, it has already been announced that the new campaign will resume on August 17, 2024. The final match of the season will be played on May 25, 2025.
Champions League places, European places
Those Premier League sides who finish the season in the top four of the table, book their place in the next season's Champions League.
The team finishing fifth in the league and the winner of the FA Cup gain automatic entry into the Europa League group stage. The sixth-placed team in the league qualifies for the UEFA Europa Conference League.

English Premier League relegation 2024/25
According to the Premier League rules, in each campaign, three players sitting at the bottom of the table are relegated to the Championship.
Meanwhile, two teams are promoted from the second division, with the third of them securing their place through play-offs involving the third, fourth, fifth, and sixth-ranked clubs.
