Newcastle United are planning to offer Bruno Guimarães a new contract very soon.
According to 90min journalist Graeme Bailey, the Magpies are keen to include a salary increase as part of the negotiation.
The Brazilian joined the Premier League side in January from Olympique Lyon Salary agreed for a €40M + €2M bonus fee and a contract until 2026.
Although the midfielder currently has four more years at St James’ Park, the club urge for an extension as many top teams, including Real Madrid, are monitoring him after his impressive performances.
