New Premier League rule might impact Manchester City and Manchester United

Manchester City and Manchester United will have to get used to handball rule change this season. Just like all their Premier League rivals, both Manchester clubs experienced handball decisions go against them in 2020/21 season. However, this new rule change is supposed to be good, as in 'accidental' cases during the build-up to goals will no longer be considered as fouls. According to the new law, the following now applies:
"A player is considered to have made their body unnaturally bigger when the position of their hand/arm is not a consequence of, or justifiable by, the player's body movement for that specific situation.   By having their hand/arm in such a position, the player takes a risk of the hand/arm being hit by the ball and being penalised."
