“Ndombele replacement”, “Better than Hojbjerg” – Lots of Spurs fans go wild over £20m report

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Schalke 04 midfielder Weston McKennie, according to Football Insider. Jose Mourinho a huge admirer and is keen to sign him ahead of their top-flight rivals. The USA international has made it clear in recent weeks that he wants to move to the Premier League. McKennie has featured in 32 games in all competitions where he has averaged 1.6 interceptions, 1.4 tackles, 1.1 shots and 1 dribble per game, via WhoScored. Tottenham fans are happy with the links. Some believe he’d be “so much better than Hojbjerg” whilst others claim that the £20m fee would be an absolute “bargain”.

If that's true, we should just sell KWP to Southampton and use that money to buy McKennie. He's soooo much better than Hojbjerg imo. As an American, I'd be ECSTATIC if we signed him. Would be huge for increasing our fanbase in America too, which Levy would love
