NBA free agency: Possible landing spots for Klay Thompson

Golden State Warriors lost the NBA Finals and now the team is preparing for summer transfers. Klay Thompson enters unrestricted free agency this summer. While many expect him to resign with the Golden State Warriors, nothing is certain yet. The free agency period officially starts on Sunday at 6 p.m. ET and the teams can get ready to start meeting with players. Besides staying at Golden State Warriors, Klay Thompson can join Los Angeles Clippers as well as Los Angeles Lakers. According to ESPN, Thompson would be “open” to meeting with the Clippers if he doesn’t receive a max offer from the Warriors. And what about the LA Lakers, Thompson is reportedly starring in Space Jam 2 alongside LeBron James, and their growing friendship could be a key for the Warriors' star to join the Lakers.
