Napoli join Chelsea and Manchester United in the race for €40million forward

Napoli join several European clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, etc, in the race for PSV winger Hirving Lozano. According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via 90min​), Carlo Ancelotti's side are making Lozano their number one transfer target after Hamad Traore decided to join Fiorentina. The report claims that ​Napoli's sporting director, Cristiano Giuntoli, is attempting to provide Ancelotti with a couple of reinforcements by the end of this month and views Lozano as number one target. Earlier it had been reported that Napoli had made a bid of €30m with added bonuses, but PSV values the player around €40m. Lozano has started 27 games with having scored 15 times and assisted 9.
