Eintracht Frankfurt star Daichi Kamada reveals reason behind his blocked Tottenham move

Eintracht Frankfurt star Daichi Kamada has claimed the covid crisis blocked his transfer to Tottenham this summer. Spurs were linked with the move for Japan international, weighing up a bid for the £26 million-rated man, however, the deal didn't materialise. Speaking about his failed transfer to the North London club, the 25-year-old revealed the main reason. “My agent held many talks,” Kamada told BILD. “But (securing a move) was difficult due to corona. Now, it’s clear I’m staying and I’m focusing 100 per cent on Eintracht.”
