According to James Benge, Arsenal will possibly have £70 m to spend in summer of 2019 for new players.
Arsenal will have money to spend in the summer, maybe c. £70m. They’re right up against wage bill restrictions on FFP. But not being able to make signings this window makes UCL qualification tougher. Every year they’re out of it gets harder to get back in. https://t.co/2ZtbyeZ38R

Gunners have bought several players, including Lucas Torreira, Stephan Lichtsteiner, Sokratis and Bernd Leno last summer.
Arsenal will possibly complete a loan deal for Barcelona midfielder Denis Suarez on January.
Emery has recently spoken out on team’s transfer plans. Gunners coach has revealed they will only make loan deals this month.
“We cannot make payments to sign players,” Emery said. “Only we can loan players.”
“I don’t know about his situation. But we can only sign players on loan,” Emery said.
“I know the club is working to find players who can help us, with this condition. I know these players and they are very good players. But I cannot sign more.”
According to reports, Arsenal are also linked with Sevilla star Ever Banega.
