Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has claimed that there is nothing more Son Heung-min can do on the pitch if people still do not consider him to be ‘world-class’.
After netting against LASK in Spurs' Europa League group stage opener, the forward already has nine goals this campaign.
Speaking after his side’s 3-0 win over the Austrian side, Mourinho admitted that there is a willingness from all parties to see the 28-year-old sign a new contract with the club.
He was then asked whether the former Bayer Leverkusen man can be considered ‘world-class’, to which the Tottenham boss questioned whether Son has to do something ‘silly’ in his social life to deserve the headlines that other players have received.
Enjoy!
