Mohamed Salah set to be honoured at Madame Tussauds

Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah is set to have his model at Madame Tussauds museum. The Reds former captain Steven Gerrard was the last Liverpool player to be unveiled at the museum 10 years ago. The Egypt international's waxwork will be the first of its kind of and will be unveiled at the museum later in 2020. Speaking on the model, Salah said: "I am so excited to be working with the artists of Madame Tussauds on my first ever figure." Meanwhile, Madame Tussauds general manager said: "We’re kicking off 2020 with this announcement which is sure to be a crowd-pleaser for football lovers around the world. As Egyptian Forward and currently both European and World Club Champion with Liverpool FC, Mo Salah is a global star at the peak of his power. We know that fans will love seeing him at the home of celebrity, where he rightly belongs."
