Marca reporting that PSG have launched "an offer completely out of the market" for the signing of both Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt. French Club Sporting Director Antero Henrique is currently in Amsterdam to try and complete a summer move for Ajax midfielder Frenkie de Jong.
