Mikel Arteta's decision could 'help' Tottenham sign Barcelona star

Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer to sign Memphis Depay from Barcelona this summer, according to journalist Gerard Romero on Twitch (via VBET News).

At this point, Mikel Arteta's decision of letting Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang move to the Spanish side could help Spurs pull this signing. The Dutchman joined the Catalan side on a free transfer from Lyon last summer and managed to score 10 goals  in all competitions this season.
