Mikel Arteta has spoken out on Eddie Nketiah following his England call-up for the September games.
The Arsenal star has been included in the squad ahead of the September games.
Along with Nketiah, Aaron Ramsdale, Declan Rice, and Bukayo Saka have also been called up from the Gunners.
The Three Lions will face Ukraine in UEFA Euro Qualifiers and Scotland in friendly games.
"So pleased," Arteta said on Nketiah during the press conference ahead of Manchester United clash.
"If somebody deserves it that’s him. I love his mentality, his work rate how much he loves his game. In this country you have to be phenomenal to play there. So proud of him."
The Gunners host United on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
