Mikel Arteta responds to Arsenal transfer links with Chelsea ace Jorginho

Mikel Arteta has responded to Arsenal transfer links with Chelsea midfielder Jorginho. Earlier this week the Gunners were reported to target the Blues player amid their interest in midfield duo Thomas Partey from Atletico Madrid and Lyon’s Houssem Aouar. And when Arteta was asked about Jorginho's possible move to Emirates Stadium, the Spanish boss said: "We are still open to improve our team. “We are looking for different options depending on what happens with our players here. “I cannot open up on players that play for a different team and their qualities. "It's not appropriate.”
