Mikel Arteta provides update on Martin Odegaard deal following win over Southampton

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has spoken out on Martin Odegaard deal following their 3-1 win over Southampton on Tuesday night.  Odegaard was believed to have traveled to London earlier this week and was expected to be announced on Monday. While the fans wait for the loan deal to be confirmed, Arteta has provided an update. "I think we are pretty close but it’s not finalised it as I understand it," said Arteta. "I haven’t spoken to Edu or the club in the last few hours but we’re very positive that we’ll finalise the deal."
