Mikel Arteta has already found replacement for Granit Xhaka amid injury blow

Arsenal have been handed by a major injury blow as Granit Xhaka is set to be sidelined for three months. So in that time head coach Mikel Arteta has to cope with the injury crisis and replace Xhaka. Last season Dani Ceballos or Mohamed Elneny would replace the Swiss international, while this season Gunners will have another options. Albert Sambi Lokonga and Ainsley Maitland-Niles are the names that can replace Xhaka this season. Sambi has already excelled this campaign as 'six' in a midfield double pivot, with his display against Norwich proving to be a real standout. While Maitland-Niles has a point to prove in the middle of the park after surprisingly staying in North London despite interest from Everton this summer, and has looked promising in Premier League cameos and a Carabao Cup match against AFC Wimbledon.
