Michael Owen states his prediction for Aston Villa v Manchester City

Michael Owen has given his prediction for Wednesday's Premier League clash between Aston Villa and Manchester City. Villa are currently sitting in 11the place in the league table, while the Citizens are the leaders of the domestic competition, 8 points ahead of the second-placed Manchester United. Ahead of the upcoming clash, Owen has spoken up, backing Pep Guardiola's side to beat the rivals with a score of 1 – 0.  "The elusive quadruple may be out of sight for Manchester City; however, a win against Aston Villa would set them up perfectly ahead of this weekend’s Carabao Cup Final against Spurs," the pundit said. "The Villans come into this having won only one of their last six league matches and interestingly, City have followed up every defeat with a win this season. "City have been ruthless in their pursuit of Premier League glory, so I expect them to be as professional as ever at Villa Park. It’s a narrow win for the visitors for me."
