Mesut Ozil to miss Arsenal's FA Cup clash against Blackpool

Arsenal is set to play in the FA Cup third round against Blackpool on Saturday. German midfielder Mesut Ozil is set to miss the game as he hasn't played since the Boxing Day 1-1 draw with Brighton. Ozil is still struggling with a knee injury and will not be risked against Blackpool. (via TheSun) During today's press conference, Unai Emery said: “Mesut didn’t train this morning. I am only waiting for him to be OK to play.” Emery also revealed that Konstantinos Mavraponos and Emile Smith Rowe have returned to full training today but will not feature at Blackpool. Shkodran Mustafi, Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal are also out.
