Max Verstappen has shared his opinion on Red Bull Racing's car for the 2024 season.
RB20 was unveiled on Thursday 15th February ahead of the new Formula One 2024 season.
During the Formula One 2023 season, Verstappen won his 3rd in a row World title and will surely aim for the fourth in the upcoming season, meanwhile, Red Bull won the constructors championship for the second year in a row.
The video of three-time World Champions testing the new car circled around on X/Twitter. Fans of the sport were amazed of how the car sounds.
The expectations ahead of the new season are high.
Speaking about the car, Verstappen told to elect media including RacingNews365: "Well, I mean, these kinds of things are very tough, I think to top. I think it's also not our goal.
"I think it's just about trying to deliver another very competitive car.
"And from my side, of course, I'll try to deliver the best I can. But that depends on a lot of things that have to come together. So I guess only time will tell how quick we are.
"And, of course, also around us, people are learning more and more. It's not always that it's up to us how great the season is going to be. Because if you have more natural competition with different teams, it's even harder to win races."
Verstappen along with his teammate and the rest of the grid will begin the pre-season this week. Testing begins on February 21 and will last until February 23.
While the first race of the season will be Bahrain Grand Prix on March 2.
"I haven't really done a lot of work on the total car, like everything together, because we're constantly working on development bits," added Verstappen. "So I still need to do that a little bit more.
"But again, I prefer to, of course, always drive the car in real life first, to then have more accurate feedback for the sim. But so far, everyone has been happy with the sim driving as well."
