Former Juventus boss Max Allegri ready to take on Tottenham job as fears grow that Mauricio Pochettino could leave the club. Pochettino spoke of “different agendas” in the Tottenham dressing room after his side’s Carabao Cup exit to Colchester United on Tuesday. Tottenham have played total of eight matches this season across different competitions but have won only two clashes. The Argentine has long been linked with a move away from Tottenham and if it happens, Allegri is considering the challenge of helping the Spurs making the step up to Europe’s elite, according to The Sun. Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers could also be in the frame.
