Former Tottenham Hotspur boss Mauricio Pochettino has already said what is need to be done over Dele Alli at the club. The 24-year-old had not played for a month, since the FA Cup third round win over Marine, when he came on as a substitute against Everton in the fifth round clash. He has fallen down the pecking order under Jose Mourinho, as well as having injuries to contend with. Pochettino himself talked about Alli, his poor form and how to get the best out of him in October 2019, just a month before he was sacked by Daniel Levy. "I had some conversations with Dele, like the last two or three years. It’s a process always, always it's about time," said current PSG boss. "He's young, 23, but I love the way he’s working in the past few months, working hard to be the best, to find the best form. That is a process that needs time too. "It's not now I want I get. It's about working consistently and then suddenly the form you want arrives. I think he’s very close. He is doing well.
