Matteo Darmian on Arsenal radar

Arsene Wenger is desperate to bring in defensive reinforcements ahead of the 2018/19 campaign with Manchester United full-back Matteo Darmian standing at the top of Arsenal’s transfer shortlist. Hector Bellerin’s future at the Emirates remains on doubt as he is on Barcelona’s radar. Under such circumstances, Darmian has become a serious target for Arsenal and the north London giants are confident to land the Italy international. Darmian has only managed 13 appearances in all competitions for United this term, however Wenger remain an admirer of him. The 28-year-old is tied into a deal with the Red Devils until the summer of 2019.
