The right-back has been showing impressive performances under Thomas Tuchel, whenever he's on the pitch.
The 21-year-old has earned an England call-up by Gareth Southgate and will play in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers.
8 Jorginho

Jorginho has been one of the key men starting under Tuchel. His market value dropped as well, as he's now valued at £40.5 instead of £58.5m.
The 29-year-old has made 28 appearances for the west London side this season, having scored 7 goals and assisted once.
7 Mateo Kovacic

2 Timo Werner
