Mason Mount has admitted Leeds United fans ‘are brilliant’ and he loves playing at Elland Road.
The Whites hosted Chelsea last night (May 12), where they suffered a 0-3 defeat by Thomas Tuchel’s side.
The English International opened the score in 4th minute, then Christian Pulisic and Romelu Luaku put their names on the scoresheet.
Jesse Marsch’s side were down to 10 men again, after Dan James was sent off.
Speaking via HITC, Mount made a very honest admission:
“It was a fun one. I do love playing here. It’s a stadium with a lot of history.
“The fans are brilliant. They don’t like us too much, so it was a good atmosphere.
“But as soon as we got the goal. We kind of quietened the stadium down a little bit, and then we could play our stuff.” added the 23-year-old.
