Mason Mount apologises to Frank Lampard after breaking Chelsea self-isolation orders

Mason Mount has apologised to Frank Lampard after playing football in public with Declan Rice despite being under orders from Chelsea to self-isolate due to the Coronavirus outbreak, according to reports.  The Blues revealed on Friday that winger Callum Hudson-Odoi had tested positive for coronavirus. As a result, the full men’s squad, coaching staff and a number of the staff were forced to self-isolate in the line with government health guidelines. Mount, however, was spotted playing football with West Ham midfielder Declan Rice at a centre in London on Sunday.  Mount has personally apologised to Lampard during a phone call, while the Chelsea midfielder and the rest of the squad have been reminded of their responsibilities.
