Mason Green has broken silence following the latest news regarding his future at Manchester United.
The Premier League giants have officially announced they made a decision to let him leave Old Trafford this summer and continue his playing spell at another club. This came as an outcome of a mutual agreement between the two sides.
Following the news, the attacker wanted to express his feelings as he sent a message to Manchester United fans.
"Today’s decision has been part of a collaborative process between Manchester United, my family and me. The best decision for us all, is for me to continue my football career away from Old Trafford, where my presence will not be a distraction for the club," he said.
Greenwood shared his gratitude with his supporters as he added: "I thank the club for their support since I joined aged seven. There will always be a part of me which is United."
