Maria Sharapova, Ostapenko and Garcia to headline Shenzhen

Grand Slam Champions Maria Sharapova, Jelena Ostapenko and former Top-10 Caroline Garcia are to begin their 2019 season in Shenzhen tournament. “The entire line-up of players will be announced in due course, but this is an opportunity to let all fans of the Shenzhen Open know in advance that we are in for an exciting week of tennis at Shenzhen Longgang Sports Center,” tournament director Luiz Carvalho said. The tournament will take place at the Shenzhen Longgang Sports Center from December 29, 2018, to January 5, 2019.
