Marcus Rashford gives a wildly fair evaluation of derby defeat

Manchester City win derby against Manchester United with a 2-0 score to go top of the Premier League table. Following the game, United player Marcus Rashford has given a widely fair assessment of derby defeat. 'It was quite clear tonight who the better team was,' he told Sky Sports. 'Tonight we didn't play like Man United and that's been the last couple of weeks, to be honest. 'That's not right. Bare minimum it should be to work hard for the badge, for the supporters and just for the club, but important to do it for yourself as well. 'It's been a tough road to get where we were, we were never expected to be in this position. 'To not be putting in the performances we were it's disappointing for the players and the last couple of weeks we know what's been going wrong and it's just a matter of putting it back how it was." United have now lost ost seven of their last nine games and they fell further behind the likes of Tottenham and Chelsea who occupy the final two Champions League spots. Next time Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side will be in action on Sunday, April 28 against Chelsea.
