Marcus Rashford breaks silence after "embarrassing" Liverpool defeat at Old Trafford

Manchester United suffered a humiliating 5-0 defeat to Liverpool on Sunday. The Red Devils conceded goals from Naby Keita, Diogo Jota and a hat-trick from Mohamed Salah. After the game head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under huge pressure and reports claim the club is already looking for a replacement. After a few days since the embarrassing game, Marcus Rashford broke silence as he posted on Twitter:
"I can’t lie you haven’t heard from me on here because as a United fan I didn’t really know what to say after Sunday. I was embarrassed. I am embarrassed. Our fans are everything and you didn’t deserve that. We’re working hard to try and fix this. We have to redeem ourselves."
United's next game is against Tottenham on the weekend and should they lose that too, Solskjaer will be in enormous rick to lose his job. Join us on Telegram!/ Follow us on Twitter!
